1. RETURN POLICY
1.1 If you are unhappy for any reason with any product. Please contact Papedas within 7 days of delivery at (info@papedas.com) to receive support or an approval and return instructions. Returns made without an approval may be refused. Please contact us before returning any items.
1.2 You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. To return your product, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number and a brief description of your case.
1.3 We recommend that you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed as products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them. Papedas will make a refund of eligible returns upon receipt of the returned item within 14 days.
2. REFUND POLICY
2.1 Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded.
2.2 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.3 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
3. PARTIAL REFUNDS
3.1 There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons are not due to our error or Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
4 SALE ITEMS
4.1 Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately some sale items cannot be refunded.
5. RETURNS SHIPPING
5.1 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You should mail your product to: Papedas Limited, No 16, High Street, Bolton, BL3 6TA, United Kingdom.
5.2 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
5.3 If you are shipping an item over £ 35, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
5.1 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 7. AVAILABILITY
It is entirely possible that the items become out of stock during the order processing stage. In such situations, our after-sale team will contact the customer and offer specific solutions. Customers have the right to request a refund (covering the product value and the shipping fee) in the event of not receiving any email notification.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
