Shipping Information​

1.UK DELIVERIES

  • Free Standard delivery for Orders over £25 (UK Only)
  • We use Royal Mail/ Parcelforce for UK deliveries.
  • We offer free Standard delivery for orders where the sub total is £15.00 or more.
  • Our Standard delivery charge is £3.95 for orders where the sub total is under £15.00
  • We strive to despatch your order within 24 to 48 hours (1-2 Working days) Monday to Friday, which means that you receive your order within 2 to 5 days from the date it was despatched. This service allows full tracking of your shipment from dispatch to delivery and requires a signature on arrival. This may not always be possible depending on the volume of orders on our system, so please allow up to seven working days for delivery.
  • If you do not receive your order within 7 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact Customer Services on 01204433952 or email us at info@manukagarden.co.uk.
  • Please note that we will need to wait 14 days from the date of dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item.
  • Our Express delivery charge is £ 6.95

  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas deliveries as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country. Some items are restricted and cannot be sent abroad. Please feel free to place your order and we will let you know if there is any problem.
  • Orders whose total value is less than £50 may be sent using a priority international parcel service which is charged at £1.65 per order plus £6.65 per kg.
  • For orders with a higher value, a signed-for service is used which is charged at £6.50 per order, plus £4.35 per kg for destinations in the EU and Ireland or £6.65 per kg for destinations outside the EU.
